We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior LiveOps Technical Producer to join our new AAA team, Uncapped Games in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate for this role will help innovate an all-new and original IP to revolutionize RTS games for players around the world.

What You�??ll Get to Do:

• Lead the effort to establish the release pipeline. Define product live operation process and disciplines.
• Coordinate with various disciplines (design, engineering, art, QA, biz ops, etc.) to establish release timelines and ensure all release targets are met.
• Produce the deployment of various updates to the game to support player engagement.
• Live game monitoring and drive resolution for live issues with involved teams.
• Partner with engineering leadership to help set project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage deliverables, task breakdown and tracking for a subset of engineering teams.
• On going process improvement in live ops and engineering production.

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years AAA game development experience with strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing and operating a live game as a service with frequent updates and ongoing maintenance.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive individual, adept at navigating ambiguity and motivated to establish structure and organization within the production process.
• A passion for RTS games, bringing to the table an understanding of what makes them work well as a genre.

Pluses:

• Experience working with Unity.
• RTS game production experience.
• Able to work effectively with all game development disciplines.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.

Location State(s)

CaliforniaThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $115,200 to $211,200 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
